Change of Address

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. However, if you need to update your address before the order is shipped, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at contact@fiovarni.com or call us at +44 7577 321081.

Cancellations

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order online. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 5–8 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your order number, and we will investigate the issue for you.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If your package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package has already been delivered and you weren't present, please contact us for further instructions on how to proceed.
