We offer a 7-day return policy at Fiovarni. This means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, simply contact us at contact@fiovarni.com. You’ll receive further instructions along with a return shipping label. Please ensure you follow the provided instructions to avoid any delays.

Items sent back to us without prior approval (without initiating a return request) will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at contact@fiovarni.com so we can address the issue promptly and make things right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including products that are used only once (e.g., screen protectors). If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the current one, and once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without any justification. To be eligible, the item must be in original condition (unworn or unused), with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund through your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
